Fica is a Chrome extension for professionals who manage their own clients in WhatsApp Web. It organizes client context, agreements and next steps from selected conversations, with follow-up reminders, calendar appointments, payment-related tasks and data export. Users choose the conversations to process and stay in control of messages; Fica does not send messages automatically. The interface is available in Brazilian Portuguese and Russian. The free plan supports up to five conversations, refreshed manually once a day. Pro costs R$45 per month and adds automatic updates, with an initial 14-day free period. Requires Google Chrome and WhatsApp Web on a computer.
