Qualiomatic is a French web application for training organisations that need to obtain or keep the Qualiopi certification. It tracks the 32 indicators of the French national quality framework (33 from 1 November 2026, decree 2026-728) and computes compliance from the evidence actually present in each file, not from a checkbox. A mock audit replays the certifier's audit finding by finding and shows what is still missing. Mandatory documents (programme, agreement, contract, convocation, internal rules, attendance sheet, certificate of completion) are generated from the training session, in templates the organisation can adapt. Trainees receive convocations, materials, quizzes and satisfaction surveys in their own space; attendance is signed digitally per session. The annual pedagogical and financial report (BPF) is prepared all year from the sessions entered. An optional public website publishes the catalogue and the published satisfaction rates.
