Featurevote has a very low barrier of entry. This was the only platform I could find that did not require signing up to be a voter which was a critical feature for me and the community I manage. I had my board up and running within minutes of creating an account, and my roadmap was receiving votes by community members on the first day. I've been using Featurevote for about 6 months now and it's had perfect uptime. Recently there was a backend overhaul which improved responsiveness from good to great, and implemented various new features based on the platform's own roadmap board. UI/UX is also good, and recently has become even better as a result of some as some rather specific feedback I provided was implemented quickly. The site is intuitive enough to use without tutorials, however they do provide an entire "getting started" documentaiton hub with over a dozen different pages that break down various aspects of the platform. There are some AI features to auto-summarize feature requests, but I don't particularly engage with the AI aspects of most platforms. It's nice that it's there but not for me. I appreciate that these features are not designed to be intrusive (no popups or overlays begging me to use it). Originally I tried to make the Free tier work but my needs outgrew the limit of active feature requests. I would have happily moved to the Growth tier, however there was a special early supporter option that had an equivalent cost of a few years of the Growth tier. I decided to take advantage of this, as I intend to continue using Featurevote for years to come.
