Fareply is a quote-and-reply desk for travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs. Travellers message agencies on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, Telegram, LINE, email and website chat. Fareply brings these chats into one inbox and replies in the traveler's language. Quotes come only from the agency's approved price tables, so Fareply never makes up a price. Anything unusual goes to the team for a decision. For DMCs, the group desk lets tour operators ask about their groups (hotel confirmations, guides, rooming lists, payments) and get answers from the group file, in 8 languages. Each partner sees only its own groups. Plans start at EUR 49 a month. No commission on bookings.
