Fathom is super helpful in preparing complex consolidated financials. I have been pleased with the ability of the software to handle eliminations and non-controlling interest. But most of all, I have been very impressed by the customer service. Specifically, I reached out to them with help implementing non-controlling interest into my consolidation and they actually understood the question and had recommendations for the best way that it could be incorporated into my report. Similarly, when I wanted to build custom reports, they got on a call with me and showed me how to create custom KPIs and then use those to build out a report that looked exactly like I was hoping for. I was impressed by the knowledge of their help desk staff!
