What I like most is how Fastmail respects your time. It doesn’t distract you with ads, and because it’s so lightweight, everything feels instant no “loading” bars or lag when you’re switching between your inbox and calendar. The Masked Email feature is a game changer, too. Being able to create a random email address on the fly for each new website means my real address stays private and my inbox stays much cleaner, with far less junk. It’s rare to find a service that feels like a tool built for you, rather than another way to sell your data.

I've used a lot of email services over the years and I'm sticking with Fastmail. I find them reliable, fast and reasonable priced, and they have most of the features I need.

Your customers can organize different categories that interest them the most, like Travel, Volunteering, TeachDEV, Career, Friends, Family, and Newsletters. Gmail does not have other varieties to choose from like this.
