FarmHQ is a mobile-first, AI-powered farm office for UK livestock farms. It combines two things the software market usually keeps separate: statutory compliance and the money. Compliance: birth, movement and death registration to BCMS/LIS, ScotEID, EIDCymru and NIFAIS, a Red Tractor-ready medicine book, and audit-readiness tracking. Money: receipt capture, VAT-coded bookkeeping, invoicing, Making Tax Digital filing to HMRC, and timesheets. The signature feature is the cross-over: one photo of a vet receipt becomes both a medicine-book entry and a VAT-coded expense line in the same action, something no compliance-only or accounting-only tool can do, because neither holds the other half of the data. Ask Farmer Joe is the AI assistant that sits across both datasets, so it can answer questions that need them joined, like what a TB test actually cost per head once the vet invoice and the medicine-book entry are put together. The standing rule is Joe drafts, you confirm: nothing is ever submitted to a government system or posted to the books without the farmer's tap. The app is offline-first, not just offline-tolerant: a record saves to the device the instant it's made and syncs when signal returns, built for farms where signal blackspots are the norm, not the exception.
