FAQ Plus gives a small business a public chat page that answers customer questions from the documents the business uploads: FAQs, policies, price lists (PDF, Word, plain text, CSV, or pasted text). The assistant answers only from those documents. When the answer is not in them, it says so and emails the question to the business with the visitor's contact details, instead of guessing. Plans are priced per conversation volume with hard caps; there is no overage billing and no credit arithmetic. The stack is EU-hosted, visitors need no account and get no cookies, and chats are not stored by default. The assistant answers in the visitor's language, English or Dutch, with a choice between informal and formal address. Setup takes minutes: register, upload documents, and share the chat page at your own link or embed the widget on your site.
