FairSign is e-signature software that processes documents in the browser without uploading files to external servers. Self-signed documents stay on the local device, while documents sent for signature are encrypted during transit and storage, then deleted 30 days after completion. The platform supports PDFs up to 50MB and 17 signing languages. Signing takes about 90 seconds and doesn’t require an account for self-signing. Users can place signature fields, draw or type their signature, and download or send the document. Each signed file includes a tamper-evident seal and audit certificate. FairSign offers 31 contract templates and unlimited free self-signing. The free tier includes three signature requests per month, while upgraded plans provide unlimited requests, tracking, access codes, reminders, and templates. The business tier adds team seats, shared templates, and custom branding. Pay-as-you-go options are also available.
