Support has been outstanding. If you have na issue with an invoice you can send it Support and they fix it almost immediately.

The ease of using the tool is second to none. Our company is invoice heavy and implementing Factura allowed us to speed up our daily AP process and eliminate the need for an additional person. Coming from another platform Factura is a lot faster and easier to use. It saves a lot of time and provides additional tools like filters, reports, graphics and pivot tables. This has improved a lot our process. Altough at first may be a little intimidating and different from other platforms, once you get used to it you never want to go back to your old platform. The custumer support is fantastic! They always respond quick and they can make special setups for some vendors.
