We were already using SAP to manage our business prior to bringing in FactoryFour. We had invested a lot in SAP and it was handling our inventory and billing, however it was not flexible enough to handle our custom manufacturing processes. FactoryFour was very flexible, integrating with SAP instead of replacing it, and allowing us to manage every manufacturing process uniquely and the way we wanted. We used it to manage our manufacturing from beginning to end, pulling in order data from customers all the way to tracking the product during production and shipment.

The initial compelling reason to work with Factory Four was that they share our vision for innovation within the apparel manufacturing space. They have been easy to work with and have been extremely responsive to our needs.
