Tracefix helps field service companies with 1 to 15 technicians go from paper job sheets to a signed report sent the same day. The office receives requests (entered by staff or sent by customers through a web form), schedules them and assigns technicians. On site, the technician fills in the job on their phone: notes or dictation, photos, parts, a trade checklist, then the customer signs with a finger. The PDF report is e-mailed to the customer automatically and stays available online. Every piece of equipment keeps its history and can carry a QR label; maintenance contracts create preventive visits on their own.
Pricing is a flat fee per company, not per technician: a free plan for one technician, then €9 to €199 per month (excl. VAT) for up to 15 technicians, no commitment, 14-day trial without a credit card. Interface in 13 languages, hosted in France.
Limitations: no offline mode, no app-store app (Tracefix runs in the phone’s browser), no quotes or customer invoicing, no stock management.
