Faasen Drive is scheduling software for driving schools that automates lesson bookings and administrative tasks. Students use a portal to view available time slots, book lessons, and confirm pickup addresses, which are displayed on route sheets for instructors. The system organizes pickup sequences and calculates travel times, accessible via mobile devices. Instructors set availability through a calendar, and the system prevents double-bookings by showing only open slots. It automates confirmations, cancellations, progress tracking, and payments. Administrators configure rules for lesson duration, booking notice, and approvals, which the system enforces automatically. The platform runs in a web browser without requiring app installation. Setup includes configuring instructor schedules, student accounts, and school-specific rules. Administrators gain centralized schedule visibility, while instructors access daily routes and lesson details on mobile.
