Fixory is point of sale and repair management software for UK phone and electronics repair shops. It runs in a web browser, with repairs, sales, stock, trade-ins and staff in one system.
Shops book repairs in with the customer, device, fault and condition notes, and move each repair through set stages from booked in to collected. Customers approve quotes from a link on their phone and check their repair's progress online. At the till, scanning a barcode adds a product to the basket, and scanning a device's IMEI sells that exact unit. New and used devices are kept as stock one unit at a time, and an optional VAT margin scheme for second-hand phones keeps the stock book.
Fixory was built inside Ezone Repairs, a working phone repair shop, and is now offered to other UK repair shops. Data is kept in the United Kingdom. Plans start at £39.99 a month, with a 14-day free trial on every plan.
