A 9-step wizard asks only the fields that apply to the property type (condominium, single-family house, apartment building, land, or commercial — for sale or for rent) and flags missing mandatory details such as energy certificate data. AI drafts the property description; the agent stays in control of the final text, the layout and the design, choosing from 10 ready-made layout presets with custom colors. Floor plans can be annotated in-app with dimension lines and room labels, non-destructively.
Every listing also becomes a web Exposé with its own share link and an inquiry form, so interested buyers and tenants can get in touch directly — inquiries appear in the dashboard with an unread indicator and optional email notification. Finished listings can be exported as OpenImmo XML for onward submission to property portals.
