The platform screens rosters against 28 sources, including OIG LEIE, SAM.gov, and 26 state-specific databases. It accepts CSV roster uploads with column mapping and row-level validation for accuracy. Matching uses name, date of birth, NPI, and license numbers while rejecting uploads with Social Security numbers to protect sensitive data. Each screening generates a timestamped audit PDF documenting source versions, checksums, and match resolutions with side-by-side evidence. The PDF includes a notice if any source was outdated and a SHA-256 hash for verification. The software ensures all potential matches remain visible for manual review.
