Planrad is a web-based annual planning tool that shows the whole year as a wheel ("Jahresrad"). It is built for daycare centers (Kitas), clubs and associations, parishes and schools in Germany. Ready-made templates for the daycare year (August to July), the club year, the church year (from Advent) and the school year. Public holidays and school holidays for every German federal state are added automatically, with a hint when an event collides with holidays. Plan in wheel, list or table view, copy a year with one click, import from Excel/CSV or ICS. Print-ready PDF up to A0 with bleed, PNG, SVG, PowerPoint, Excel and calendar export; share via read-only link, website embed and calendar subscription (ICS) for parents or members. Hosted in Germany (Frankfurt), no personal data of children or members needed. Free plan without time limit; paid plans are priced per organization, not per seat (from 79 EUR net per year), viewers are always free.
