PictoMento is an online gallery platform for professional photographers, built for wedding, event and portrait delivery. Photographers upload photos, videos and GIFs, organise them into chapters, and share a branded gallery with their clients.
The platform's core feature is optional AI-facial recognition. Once the photographer registers the people in a gallery, guests can filter the gallery by person, and each guest can receive a personal link with an automatically generated "For You" chapter containing only their own photos. This removes the need for clients and guests to scroll through thousands of images to find the ones that matter to them.
White-label branding is included in every plan: photographers apply their own logo, colours, fonts and custom domain, so clients see the photographer's brand rather than PictoMento's. Galleries are mobile-first and can be added to a phone home screen like an app. Additional features include client favourites, per-gallery and per-link expiry dates, and an integrated print shop that lets clients order prints directly from the gallery, with the photographer earning a license fee on each order.
PictoMento is hosted in the EU and offers a data processing agreement (DPA) for photographers operating under GDPR. The company is based in Munich, Germany, and the platform is available in German, English and Dutch.
Pricing is per gallery rather than storage-based: three galleries are free without a credit card, additional galleries cost €10 each and stay online for one year, and an unlimited plan is available at €199 per year.
