Eviqa is clinical governance software built specifically for domiciliary and complex care providers who deliver delegated clinical tasks such as ventilator management, tracheal suctioning, catheter care, and epilepsy rescue medication. Most care providers have digitised care delivery — but clinical governance still relies on spreadsheets, paper sign-off sheets, and scattered shared folders. Eviqa fills that gap. The platform provides five connected modules: a Delegated Task Register tracking every clinical delegation with the authorising clinician and review dates; client-level Competency Tracking with a visual matrix showing which staff are authorised and assessed for each task; version-controlled SOP Management with PDF upload and mandatory staff acknowledgement tracking; an Outcomes Framework with guided templates for condition tracking, hospital admission avoidance, and personal goals — with commissioner-ready reporting; and a full audit trail across everything. Built by an HCPC-registered Paramedic and clinical lead working in CQC-regulated complex care, Eviqa is designed for how clinical governance actually works in practice — not how a software designer thinks it should work. Eviqa works alongside existing care management systems like Birdie, PASS, and CarePlanner. It doesn't replace care delivery software — it provides the governance layer above it.
