Convenient, Customized Employee Rewards—But Cheque Funding Is a Hurdle

I use EverythingCard to reward employees monthly. It takes away the inconvenience of deciding what to gift employees of the month and lets them choose something they like themselves. I like how convenient it is to execute. I really like that the themes are customized to my company’s colours and how customized it looks. The initial setup was very easy.

Easy Employee Rewards, Excellent Support

I use EverythingCard for year-end gifts, milestones, recreation event prizes, and more. It is easy to use, and the initial setup was super easy. Binh, my customer experience rep, is amazing and quick to help with whatever I need. I use the scratch code cards for everything: I email Binh the UPC, she loads them, and away we go. It saves our employees taxes on receiving the money on their pay, if within the threshold.

Flexible Recognition Campaigns, Strong Support, Reporting Needs More Detail

I use EverythingCard as a recognition tool to thank colleagues, celebrate contest winners, support team morale, and acknowledge outstanding contributions. I find the e-gift card option fantastic because it eliminates the need to purchase, store, and keep track of physical cards. I can issue a gift card quickly and easily without using my personal credit card and submitting an expense afterward. I like that recipients can choose from a wide variety of vendors, so I do not need to know their personal preferences. I find the reporting functionality extremely valuable for tracking card details and providing HR with taxable benefit reporting information. I love the flexibility to create multiple campaigns for different purposes, the beautiful campaign images, and the ability to personalize messages in my own words. I can also select the gift card denominations I need. I find personalized messages make recognition more meaningful, thoughtful, and genuine. I receive incredibly responsive support from my account representative when I have questions or issues. I recommend EverythingCard all the time, and I would give it a 10.
