Everseason - Sports League Management
Everseason is registration and payments software for independent US youth sports clubs of 150 to 1,500 players: travel baseball and softball, AAU basketball, lacrosse, hockey and flag football clubs, soccer clubs whose state association lets them register on their own platform, and academies and camps that run their own registration.
Families register and pay the club's price with no convenience fees and no plan fees, in full or in up to four payments. Payments go straight to the club's own account; Everseason never holds them.
An AI agent works inside the club's rules. It answers families' questions from the club's own FAQ, follows up when a family stops partway through registering, offers the payment plans the club allows, and offers open spots to the waitlist. Refunds, financial aid and disputes always go to a person at the club. The agent says it's an AI in every thread and only writes to adults.
A payment that fails is tried again when the bank allows, then the family gets a link to pay it.
Clubs sign up and set up on their own, at the prices on the pricing page. Pay as you go has no monthly fee and takes 1.5% of each payment; the Club plan is $149 a month billed yearly and takes 1%. A club pays nothing until families pay it.
