eventapp.online is sports club and martial arts management software for training schedules, attendance, registrations, payments, tournaments, and live event results. It stores athlete, parent, and club data in one database, eliminating redundant data entry. The modular structure lets organizations start with one workflow and expand. Data transfers seamlessly between modules, so athlete profiles created during registration are available for tournaments, camps, or trips. Features include session scheduling, group assignments, coach coordination, check-in tracking, and attendance monitoring. Family profiles consolidate schedules, payments, competition history, and achievements. Tournament tools manage event setup, entry verification, scheduling, and live scoring for kata, kumite, and kobudo, with results updating rankings and profiles. Security includes encrypted connections, role-based access, GDPR compliance, and backups. Payment options include online gateways and bank transfers.
