For the band: the fee, the manager's cut where there is one, everyone's travel taken off the top, then the split to the penny; deps and who pays them; gear and PAT records agencies ask for; setlists; a sync from an agency's booking spreadsheet. For bands that book themselves: a public booking page that knows when you're free, quotes, booking agreements and invoices.
