Intuitivity / innovative / all in one / available customer service / mindset / totally adapted to the event industry

The registration functions are great and it's easy to pull various reports on registrants. We didn't have a need to work much with the agenda feature, but it appeared to work very well. The people I worked with from Evenium were fairly responsive and did try to solve any problems and answer our questions. It's not really geared to hybrid events - the interface and all functions are identical whether you are in-person or online. So, the attendee sitting in the room can watch the stream. Fortunately for us, Evenium agreed to not charge us for any viewing hours of in-person attendees who watched the stream. The chat function worked well, as did polling, and we were able to pull transcripts and other analytics afterwards.

The app is very easy to use and intuitive. It allows to set up very interactive and dynamic events and meetings. We are able to better follow the presentation thanks to the streamed slides and interact easily with the presenter to ask questions in live. I really appreciated that!
