Evalyo is an applicant tracking system (ATS) with built-in candidate assessment, designed for recruitment agencies, independent recruiters and SMBs. It covers hiring from the published job ad to the final decision. Publish: job ad writing, public job pages, and distribution feeds to Google for Jobs, Jooble, Adzuna and Talent.com. Qualify: applications land in a visual pipeline; each application is analysed against weighted criteria defined by the recruiter, with the reasoning shown. Assess: a catalogue of more than 150 tests (job skills, soft skills, personality), a studio to build custom tests, structured video and voice interviews, and video calls with written summaries. Decide: interview reports that can be compared from one candidate to the next, skills files, and sharing with clients and hiring managers. When several people run interviews, each one uses their own grid. Evalyo gives the whole team the same framework and the same reports, so candidates are compared on facts.
