At the end of a long surveillance job a private investigator has a stack of pictures. CaraComp helps sort out which two might show the same face. The comparison engine looks at facial landmarks and geometry and returns a score that reflects how closely the pair agrees. Age range and emotion are detected for each face, giving context for why two photos might look different. For teams, the practical points are web access, team accounts by email invitation and a free first comparison to test fit. Colleagues can be invited by email to a team account, which suits units that share casework. Paid plans run month to month and can be canceled anytime. It never identifies strangers and does not search the internet or social media; it only compares the photos you upload.

Everyday people on dating apps use CaraComp to check whether a match's pictures belong to one face, a sensible step before a first meeting. Faces in both photos are mapped by landmarks and geometry, and the closeness of the pair is expressed as a score. The Full Analysis breakdown lists the measurements that fed the score, so the number is never a black box. Review teams can start with one free comparison, then decide whether a paid monthly plan fits their caseload. Paid plans run month to month and can be canceled anytime. Nothing is scraped from the web; the tool simply weighs the two images you provide. Invite investigators by email to a team account when more than one person handles the work.
