You perform a pen-test, document the results, process the outcomes and share the report with your users (Under NDA). This way of looking at platform security doesn't fit the actual way of working and takes a way the intrinsic motivation to offer a better secured platform. Or in other words platform security is perceived as a checkbox and not as a value-adding feature. When we stared with Ethiack this perception changed and our development team really took the security of the platform to the next level.
