It converts PDF estimates into Xactimate ESX files, which saves me 5–10 hours of work each week. If I have the adjuster’s PDF estimate, I can replicate it with this software instead of building from scratch. It converts both Xactimate and Cotality PDFs to ESX files. It’s very easy to use: you simply upload the PDF, and within a few minutes you get the ESX file to import into Xactimate. There’s no real integration needed. You just sign up at estimatehub.com and it works, since it gives you an ESX file to import into Xactimate. It’s very fast, pricing is great, and support is quick to respond. Amazing tool.

What is EstimateHub?
EstimateHub converts Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility estimate PDFs into ESX files you can import straight into Xactimate, keeping line items, F9 notes and folder structure, so you do not retype a carrier estimate.
