EstatePilot is agency management software for estate agents and auctioneers in the Republic of Ireland.
Enter each property once and keep the whole record together. The listing, enquiries, viewings, correspondence, offers and call logs sit on one property record, so the same details are not re-keyed across a CRM, a website and a separate bidding tool.
The obligations it models are Irish ones. PSRA paperwork, the offer record and the AML file come out of the workflow itself, rather than a folder somebody remembers to keep.
Modules switch on as an agency needs them: a hosted agency website; an embeddable widget that takes bids on the agency's own site; live auctions run online and in the room, with deposits held through Stripe; and lettings with client accounting on the same records. Integrations include Daft.ie, MyHome.ie, Microsoft Outlook and Stripe.
A property can move from private treaty to auction without leaving its history behind. It runs in a browser, nothing to install.
