The best item is how everything flows. The sales table to the customer table, etc. There's a logical progression and it's easy to follow. It's also very easy to see everything on the reports using the filters as needed. I also like how they are constantly making upgrades and better options including new Ai options.

Hands Down The Best CRM I've Ever Used
It makes tracking my book of business easy; they have a ton of powerful ways to look at the data within the CRM, and they gave me access to the API, so I can also look at the data however I want on my end. The guys at TLD are also super helpful at answering questions, helping us problem solve, building new reports, etc. They also add features that we request regularly. That's just the reporting side of things, but the dialer functionality and ability to monitor your agents on the phone is also extremely useful.
