eSignFold is electronic signature software that lets small businesses send PDFs and Word documents for signature by email and track every step until completion. Signers do not need an account and can sign on any phone or computer. Each completed document includes a Certificate of Completion with signer details, timestamps and approximate location, and a tamper-evident fingerprint that can be checked on a free verification page. Signatures follow the U.S. ESIGN Act and Texas UETA. A built-in PDF editor covers page tools, form filling, text, stamps, page numbers and Word-to-PDF conversion. Teams can save reusable templates, use a form library, send one template to up to 100 recipients with bulk send, and add their own brand and logo to signing emails. Admin controls include user roles, two-step sign-in, automatic sign-out and an audit history. Optional ID and selfie checks verify signer identity for higher-risk documents. Data is hosted in the United States on providers certified for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Plans include a free plan, a 14-day free trial of paid plans, and flat-price options for small offices.
