Votocert is a certified electronic voting platform built specifically for the collegial bodies of Italian schools (Collegio Docenti, Consigli di classe/istituto, school councils). It runs secret, zero-knowledge ballots — the platform never links a voter's identity to their choice — and automatically produces a cryptographically signed, publicly verifiable digital minutes/certificate (JWS, Ed25519) that remains checkable for years. Votocert is fully GDPR-compliant and aligned with the Italian Ministry of Education's technical requirements for remote collegial voting (Nota MIM 3803/2026). It supports both passwordless email access and Google SSO with passkeys, attendance tracking, quorum calculation, minority-opinion recording, multiple thematic voting groups, reusable voter lists, and single or cumulative certificates for multiple agenda items in the same session.
