EquiReason is an equity research and market intelligence platform for US-listed stocks that runs like a full research department, built for independent analysts, small research teams, funds and thesis-driven investors. It reads primary sources directly: 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings, Form 4 insider transactions, 13F institutional holdings and XBRL financial data from SEC EDGAR, alongside earnings transcripts, macroeconomic series and government contract awards. It works out what is changing in the world, traces each change through the economic mechanism that carries it, and shows which companies it actually reaches, measured against reported segment and product revenue where the company discloses it. For every covered company (about 3,100) it holds a verdict with the evidence for and against it, normalized financials back to the 1990s, company-specific KPIs, fund and insider activity, and early-warning flags.
