ePermanentka puts passes and prepaid credit into the customer's phone for gyms, yoga and pilates studios, swimming pools, saunas, car washes and tanning salons in the Czech Republic. The business sets up entry passes (for example 10 entries valid 90 days) or prepaid credit with a bonus, sells them at the counter, and each visit is deducted with one tap in a browser-based counter app that works with any cash register; staff find the customer by name or the last digits of their phone number. Customers see remaining entries and expiry in the app or in the browser and get a reminder before the pass runs out, so paper punch cards and spreadsheets are no longer needed. ePermanentka deliberately is not a class booking system: it handles passes, entries and credit, and integrates with existing tools instead. Plans start at 490 CZK per month with no setup fee and no lock-in, data is hosted in the Czech Republic and the GDPR toolkit is built in. ePermanentka runs on the Věrnostka loyalty platform by the same Czech vendor.
