EIR’s COMPstream has been instrumental in helping us automate our monthly incentive accruals process as well as our year-end compensation cycle. COMPstream replaced a complex on-prem custom applications which could not be used anymore once we migrated to EC. We use COMPstream on a monthly basis to generate and distribute comprehensive accruals reports to Finance. We also use COMPstream to automate data preparation and data cleanup steps for our year-end process. COMPstream is a real time saver and it enables us to run our compensation processes all in SuccessFactors.
