Excellent Platform and Outstanding Support from Enrolmy
We've had an excellent experience with Enrolmy since implementing the platform within our childcare business. The software is continually evolving, and it's clear that the team genuinely values customer feedback. They take the time to understand the needs and challenges of providers and are always open to listening to suggestions that help improve the platform.
One of the standout aspects of Enrolmy is their communication. Whether it's updates, new features or support, communication is always clear, timely and proactive, giving us confidence that we're working with a company that truly cares about its customers' success.
I would also like to recognise Roxanne, who has been exceptional throughout our onboarding and beyond. She has consistently gone above and beyond to support us, providing expert guidance with professionalism, patience and genuine enthusiasm. Great Features, Seamless Website Integration, and Best-in-Class Support
The system has some great features, the automatic registers work well. The invoice reminders is a simple to use feature. Emailing players is very straight forward. the attendance reconciliation is affective. It works very well with my website and integrates easily. The price is high but the support you receive from the dedicated team is the best I have ever had from an external company. I haven't used the AI feature so I cannot comment on this aspect
