RigPlan is planning software for LED video walls in live events, broadcast and AV rental. Describe the wall once — panel type, size, flown or stacked — and RigPlan derives everything the truck needs: panels and spares, bumper bars from your own stock, power circuits with balanced, directional runs, data wiring in patching order, processing, cases and truck space. The panel database holds 148 systems from 11 manufacturers, every spec transcribed from the manufacturer's datasheet with the source linked. The pack list is checkable on the way out and countable on the way back in, so shrinkage surfaces the night the truck returns. Paid plans add multi-wall jobs, saved jobs with revision history, quotes, synced shop inventory with booking — dated jobs draw on your stock, and double-bookings surface as sub-hire lines before they surface at load-in. The core planner is free with no sign-up. Solo (€19/mo) fits freelance techs; Shop (€49/mo) adds five seats, house standards and live warehouse check-off.
