The support team is very responsive and gets any issues resolved quickly, along with explaining what caused the issues. They have a lot of different areas they support, so having one company to wear all the hats needed.

User unfriendly and glitchy
The demo we had a couple of years back was nice, however something this simple shouldn't require that much tech. I do like being able to manually adjust things, however a simpler layout would be great.
