Emvari is booking, payments and team software for independent beauty businesses: solo artists, booth renters and salons with 2–10 chairs. It was built by the founder of a lash salon business she started 16 years ago, so it is designed around how a salon day actually runs. Included: online booking, email confirmations and reminders, card on file with no-show and late-cancel fees, checkout with tips and split payments, client profiles and history, waitlist, memberships, retail and inventory, reviews, rebooking at checkout and a team mobile app. Salon plans add a self-service kiosk where clients check in, pay, tip and rebook without a front desk. Plans: Core $29/month (solo artists and booth renters), Expand $79/month (teams; kiosk is a $79/month add-on), Evolve $199/month or $169/month billed annually (kiosk included). Payments: 2.6% + 10¢ in person, 3.4% + 15¢ online, plus a $15/month merchant account fee; no setup, PCI or statement fees. Free data transfer and setup by our Onboarding Concierge on every plan. Beta opens to solo artists on November 15, 2026 and to salons on February 15, 2027; full launch is April 15, 2027.
