Effortlessly Customizable HR & Payroll with Stellar Support

I use Empeon for Payroll and HR and love how customizable it is. There are a lot of ways to tailor reports and profiles to fit our company's needs. I also appreciate the great personal customer support; whenever issues come up, they help figure out solutions and make the experience as smooth as possible. It's user-friendly and easy to set up, which makes everything simple to follow. The ability to add categories on our own without needing back-office intervention is a big plus.

Streamlined Onboarding with Excellent Support, Needs UI Enhancements

I find Empeon's support really helpful. They are patient, help me go through steps when needed, and they follow-up which is great. Shane from the GNL support is particularly noteworthy for his good attitude and helpfulness. Anytime I have an issue with payroll, like a check, I can always reach someone at Empeon over the phone, which is helpful.
