Fast Onboarding with Some Room for Improvement
I think the onboarding was really fast, and the portal has a lot of very nice features to offer. I like broadcasting messages, running campaigns, and creating templates, all of which are done pretty well on their dashboard. The platform is very self-intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use. The graphical user interface segregation makes it really fast for developers to start using the API and create templates quickly. I also appreciate the ease of the initial setup, as Mr.Harsh Yadav provided guidance through a Google Meet, making the process very fast and helpful.
