Emlak Pro Takip is management software for real estate offices in Turkey. Rent dates kept in a notebook, the portfolio in Excel and client requests lost in WhatsApp threads all move into one panel. The office owner, agents, landlords and tenants each sign in with their own account.
Listings and clients
- Pro Market: the office's own sale and rental listings in one list, each assigned to an agent; mark a listing as sold in one click.
- Portföy Bul (client requests): type a client's request in their own words or dictate it. The system fills in location, budget and room count, and you check it before saving. You can also open a request to other offices.
- Request matching: every request is compared with the office's listings, and matching listings appear under the request with a match score.
- Branded presentations: selected listings become a presentation with your office branding, sent to the client as a single link.
- Add from a link: paste the URL of a sahibinden or Emlakjet listing to add it to your presentation.
Rent and leases
- Rent tracking with automatic late-payment detection and tenant notifications.
- Lease end dates, tenant balances and payment plans.
- Bulk import of existing leases from PDF, Word or Excel.
Office and team
- Agent management: assign and follow up tasks, agent performance, earnings and commissions.
- Income and expenses, maintenance requests, and calculators for loans, title deed fees and commissions.
Companies renting out their own units (developers, property managers, serviced apartments) can use it without an agency: add units, create leases, track rent and repairs, and see income and expenses. Foreign tenants can be added with a passport number.
