Bounces Down to 3% with EmailShield’s Fast API and Catch-All Detection
We send cold emails at volume and reuse the same lists roughly every 90 days. Even after cleaning those lists with tools like MillionVerifier and other legacy tools, our bounce rate was still too high—around 7–11%. We switched to EmailShield on the free tier, and bounces dropped to about 3%. The API is fast and straightforward to call, which matters because it’s part of our automated sending pipeline. The biggest improvement for us has been catch-all detection. EmailShield flags a lot more risky catch-all domains before we send.

Excellent Microsoft 365 & Catch-All Detection for Cleaner Email Lists
Microsoft API check. Our buyers are IT directors, nearly all on M365, and our old tool said unknown for most of them. EmailShield confirms those. Bigger list, same bounces.

Consistently Low Bounce Rates with Granular, Actionable Verification Results
0.5 to 0.8% - that's where our bounce rate has sat since we moved over, and for a team that verifies every three days, that consistency is the whole product. Catch-all domains were the reason we left our last tool; here they come back with an actual answer. Results per address are granular enough that I know exactly what to do with each one.
