Simple and easy to understand GUI. Not too many categories - often this is best for repeat business, as it is in my case.

We were searching for a solution that will clean-up our existing email database from bad emails, and also for one that we will implement on the touchpoints were the new emails are entering into our system. After testing several providers, Emailable was the choosen one - it was very effective on the test databases, while at the same time very easy to use. Later, in the production on the large sample, after we've sent email campaign to the cleared database, there were some hard bounced and invalid emails, but those were just 0,19% of the database that Emailable cleaned up. 99,81% delivered emails is terrific result for us.
