Buyers who work with several suppliers spend hours checking new price lists by hand in Excel. Vendalign does that check for them.
Upload a supplier's price list (Excel, OpenDocument or CSV) exactly as it was sent, even when items are grouped in blocks by brand or section. Vendalign finds the SKU, name, price, stock and VAT columns on its own and remembers each supplier's layout. Nothing is saved until you check it.
Then you see:
- Price changes: what went up or down and by how much, what's new and what's out of stock.
- Best price: the same item from different suppliers in one row, cheapest first. Supplier discounts, VAT and currencies are brought to one basis, so prices compare directly.
- Matching: Vendalign suggests items that are the same across suppliers, even under different SKUs. You confirm each pair.
- Orders: enter quantities right in the product list, download the order for the supplier, and track it as sent and delivered.
Invite colleagues by link to work from the same price lists. Price changes and orders export to Excel. The interface is in English and Russian, and prices can be in any currency.
