Mainbeam Booking is online booking and payment software for hunting ranches, lodges and outfitters. Hunters pick a hunt, see open dates, book their party, pay the deposit by card and sign the ranch waiver from a "Book a Hunt" button on the ranch's own website. Owners run every hunt from one dashboard: one calendar, hunting seasons set by species (including archery-only dates), hunter limits per day, deposit and balance tracking, trophy fees, harvest logging and a money summary of what has been collected, what is coming in and what is past due, with a spreadsheet download for taxes. Card payments go straight to the ranch's own Stripe account. There is no monthly fee: hunters pay a 4% booking fee at checkout, or the ranch can choose to pay 2% instead. Available to ranches across the United States.
