AgroMetrisis is a cloud LIMS for agricultural, soil, water and environmental testing laboratories working to ISO/IEC 17025. It covers the sample lifecycle from receipt and preparation to analysis, quality control, review, approval and the PDF test report, with segregation of duties at each step. Measurement uncertainty is recorded with its provenance, conformity statements apply a documented decision rule, and Levey-Jennings charts, proficiency-testing z-scores and En values support quality control. Instruments, calibrations, reagents, personnel competency, corrective actions, internal audits and management reviews are managed in the same system. Audit packs collect the evidence for one analysis, one instrument, one person or one nonconformity, and an accreditation dry-run dossier maps the laboratory's records to each ISO/IEC 17025 clause. A client portal for result downloads, an Android app for field sampling, price lists and invoicing are included in every plan. The interface and reports are bilingual (Greek/English).
