EleVia Electronic Invoicing has been a HUGE Time Saver for Us!!!

We no longer have project folder exchanging going on, which has reduced the possibility of misplacing project folders! Everything is now visible electronically for everyone, and reviewing and approving client invoices are now much easier and more efficient. Our Billing Staff can see which invoices remain outstanding at a glance instead of having to chase down upper management to get them completed. This software has allowed us to reduce our AR DOS by 15-18 days in just over 4-5 months, which has had a tremendous effect on cash flow!

EI is a great tool for invoice approvals and tracking

|EleVia Electronic Invoicing
Being able to track the stages of each invoice and using the tools for creating the invoice package, which can be emailed directly from the system to clients. I also like the automated email notifications that prompt each user they have an action to take. I also appreciate all the ways to filter the page, download, and customize for your own use.
