ElevateOS is a Chicago-based proptech company that provides a branded resident experience operating system for multifamily and rental communities. It serves every rental asset class, from Class A to affordable and student housing, along with condo and HOA communities. Founded and led by CEO Konrad Koczwara, ElevateOS is bootstrapped, profitable and serves more than 1,000 properties.
