Elements is an essential tool set for successful design and execution of either an Agentforce or regular enhancement project. It helps teams think through how stuff should work, how it works today, how workflows will behave.

There is so much added value in the platform, it's hard to just pick one thing. If I had to choose I believe I would actually choose the UPN Diagramming -> Story conversion features. Very cool!

* Automated the process of documenting my client's Salesforce org, which saved me time and ensured consistency. * Provided valuable indications of technical debt i could communicate with my client. * The team at Elements was very willing to help out or even jump on a call to discuss questions about the product. * The change management features appear to be invaluable for dependency analysis and change tracking, although i have not yet had a chance to use them in practice. * The hierarchical UPN diagrams are the process diagramming solution i've been waiting for. And the Elements tools for building UPN's were intuitive and user friendly. * The elements product was easily integrated with my client's org.
